An UNUSED component that was specifically meant for the Ressources/prefabs/objects/ExpBag or Ressources/prefabs/objects/ExpBagOld where it would have scaled the GameObject according to instance.partyexp / instance.neededexp. Since both of these prefabs are UNUSED, the component is also UNUSED.
